Important! Pay attention to proper breathing during exercise. Remember: first inhale through the nose, and then while exhaling through the mouth, perform any movement related to load, effort or stretch. When performing breathing exercises, you must follow the instructions in each exercise. Perform exercises until you feel slightly tired. If you are short of breath or cough severely, stop exercising.

Vestibular physiotherapy. All exercises should be performed with a minimum repetition of 60 times! Mild nausea, dizziness, slight unsteadiness and imbalance may occur during exercise. But you still need to bring each exercise up to 60 times! Therefore, part of the exercises is performed while sitting and with closed eyes. When performing exercises while standing, it is necessary to ensure safety! Use the back of a chair, bars, wall, corner of the room. It is enough to perform the set once a day.
