Reflexology is a natural treatment method, based on massage and pressing techniques of the feet, which create an effect on the entire body. Reflexology, similar to other holistic treatment methods, treats the body as a whole and believes that the body and the mind should not be separated. Therefore, the goal is to diagnose the source of the problem, which is sometimes mental, and not to focus specifically on its physical symptoms.

The word reflexology is derived from the term reflex: return or feedback, because it is based on processes of response to stimulation. The prerequisite behind reflexology treatment is that the feet act as reflection zones for the entire body. Every organ in the body has a corresponding area in the foot. An experienced therapist diagnoses the origin of various problems in the body by the appearance and feel of special marks on the legs.

Work on the reflex zone in the foot will remove energy blockages and allow the body to improve its functions and increase the ability to self-heal and immunity.

Recently, reflexology treatments have become more and more accepted in the medical establishment and are now being integrated into clinics and hospitals as a response to problems combined with conventional medicine. The treatment partially or completely helps in the treatment of chronic symptoms such as: breathing problems, allergies, headaches, various orthopedic problems, problems of the digestive system, for the treatment of pain, sleep disturbances and etc.

The course of reflexology provides knowledge, experience and a deep understanding of the diagnosis and treatment of the foot.
